How You Can Help:

Emergency Relief Desperately Needed in Haiti After Hurricane Matthew Hit

Our long-time friend and partner in Haiti, Reg Celestin, is right in the middle of the devastation in Les Cayes, on the south coast of Haiti. The number of reported fatalities is rising by the hour––the latest estimate is at least 500 dead. Reg reports that the flooding has contaminated the drinking water for over 100,000 people. There are dead animals in the water everywhere, making the problem even worse. The bridge from Port-au-Prince was washed out, but just a few hours ago an alternative route was built around it.
Help us to get Sawyer filters to the people of Les Cayes as quickly as possible. We are also working on getting food to people.
Please donate now. We have arranged with Sawyer Filters for an emergency price. For $25 you can provide safe water for 30-50 people. The greatest danger now is cholera and typhoid. The filters will save people from that happening. Sawyer will provide as many filters as we can raise funds for.

And please, pray for the people of Haiti, the poorest nation in the Western Hemisphere.
